I have also tried numerous times to get a recommended installer from them and have had absolutely no help at all, except to be told they have 1 installer and he cant do it due to eye surgery but would call me 2 weeks ago. Still sitting with a huge fireplace in our lounge room waiting to be installed. Just happy to get a sale and no customer support.
