  Love subway, but service and hygiene standards at the Subway @ Sydney Uni are so bad. Every time I go, it's always a bad experience, but this experience was the worst. The worker serving me cut herself through her glove while slicing the bread yet continued to go about touching the food and preparing my order when she should've washed the cut and bandaged it before proceeding - or could've got another one of the workers to do it.
  
  Yet the other workers also don't seem to acknowledge that you're there. After my order was taken out of the toaster, all they needed to do was box it up, but instead the girl starts to do another order. The other workers also start taking Uber orders even though mine was right there in front of them, and all they had to do was put the food in the box. I waited 5 minutes just to pay.

  Some of the worst service in my life. Rude and can’t get basic instructions right.

  Subway is an international chain that produces nearly the same product all across the world. The only thing that changes is the people who make the sandwiches. The chain wasn't busy, nor was there a lack of staff the day that I went, but for some reason they never know how to make a sandwich. They automatically sprinkle toppings on that you didn't even ask for and have no idea what a "little bit of sauce" means, as my sandwich is leaking ranch dressing from end to end. This has nothing to do with skill, but a blatant disregard for what the customer wants. I still love Subway and will always get them, but don't grab them from this location unless you're starving.

  The manager contacted me and confirmed that he followed up with the staff that was working during the time and promised to correct any future mistakes.

  Stale bread and cookies, the whole order was bad, plus a hair was literally in the cookie.

  Terrible service. I always like subway but the attitude of the one of the staff there is hostile. The way the young European girl crew behaved seems like they have no patience at all. The other crew was courteous though but that's not how you serve customers especially University students. I have always loved subway but will never go to this particular outlet though it's close to my Uni.
